My journey to creating Aidala did not begin with a company — it began with a long personal connection to the Aral Sea region and the people around it. Since 2017, I have been working as a tour organizer and guide, sharing this unique destination with travelers who want more than a standard trip.

Before that, I worked in public communication and across different professional fields, experiences that helped me develop adaptability, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of people. Looking back, each stage of this path led naturally to what Aidala is today: a travel project built on local insight, care, and meaningful journeys.
